Capital Divers is a springboard diving club based in Rio Linda, CA.

We are now in our 24th year as a family-run, fun-based program that is just as suited to beginner divers looking to try the sport of diving as to the nationally ranked diver looking for a high level of competition. We have been a competitive team in NorCal Diving for the last 21 years, and have sent many athletes to reputable college programs.

Our goal is to develop each diver to the fullness of his or her potential while providing an enjoyable and fun filled atmosphere.
